Ferran-92YIt was my privilege to serve as the interpreter for the world-renowned Catalan chef during his 2014 North American book tour, during which he promoted ElBulli 2005-2011 (Phaidon Press), a seven-volume collection on the final years of his fabled restaurant, and introduced his latest project, the three-pronged El Bulli Foundation.

As part of the tour, I accompanied chef Adrià to book signings, cocktail events, and dinners, and translated for him at public presentations and press interviews. During the New York City leg of the 10-day cross-continental trip, he gave a one-hour lecture at the fabled 92nd St Y and also took questions from the audience.
